南派恩斯/派恩赫斯特Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Pinehurst Southern Pines)

We enjoyed staying here. They accommodated us with everything we asked for. The staff was professional and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated there The room was comfy, clean, room and really just wonderful. We love the firepit out in the courtyard.

The Residence Inn Pinehurst Southern Pines is a great hotel. It is probably the nicest Residence Inn we have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and were modernly fashioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

very nice stay, quiet; very comfy bed. Had an issue with an overcharge at ck out, but properly resolved. very nice staff. breakfast ok, not real varied after 3 days.

Great hotel. One of the best I have stayed in, in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area.

Perfect location to restaurants and stores. Large rooms , friendly staff, very clean , seemed new , easy access to main roadways , offer free breakfast, its minimal but it's free, had outside pool but weather was cold on our visit , plenty of parking , easy check in

Overall clean. Shower curtain did have some stains and some looked like red blood stains. Carpet was separated at the entrance. Conditioner bottle was empty in one of the bathrooms. Overall I would stay here again

The appliances were loud during the night also loud up above us and mornings in hallway. A lot of noise later after 10:30 pm.

Almost clean hotel with absolutely zero service. We have been staying here four nights and have had no service at all. It took two phone calls and two days to fix television. The light bulb in bathroom was out for the entire stay although it was reported. That light bulb was the only light for the bathtub so it was unsafe for it to be out. On day three the towels were taken and not replaced and no cleaning was done at all. There was a knife in the drawer of the suite with food on it and the disposable salt and pepper was already used and emptied. Premium price for what is a disappointing experience.

The property was kept in good condition, though it is obviously not a brand new property. The staff were all friendly and cordial, and they were happy to accommodate our requests within their ability to do so, (early check-in, late check-out). There is a small shopping plaza directly across the street as well as other stores and restaurants within just a few minutes' drive, in any direction. A very pleasant place to stay.
