The room what is huge it was a nice room the parking lot is a little crazy staff was nice I wish they would tell you about the $25 a pet fee under website it's okay though you could here through the rooms but we got lucky in our neighbors weren't very loud we love you staying there again

No hay nadie atendiendo. Tienes que llamar a un teléfono. Te dejan la llave en un lock. Te piden información de la tarjeta por teléfono. El wc taza de baño tenía Escremento de las personas anteriores. Había un pantalón de hombre en un cajón del mueble. En la noche no hay nadie del hotel. Es un hotel fantasma y andaban indigentes adentro de la propiedad. Me tuve que venir ese mismo día a comprar una habitación en el hotel Harvey’s. Por qué era inseguro quedarnos ahí.

This was a third party referral and let me tell you, never again. This was one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom floor felt squishy and was completely outdated. Think of wearing wet memory foam shoes, that exactly what the floor felt like walking in. We literally went and bought shower shoes to shower. The mirror was probably as old as the building itself and the general vibe just wasn’t it. The floor of the main room looked like someone quickly came to lay it down and didn’t put any effort or it’s just old-the jury’s still out. We dared not walk barefoot on the floor in general at any hotel but especially here. Of course we went when it was snowing and there were no mats offered and our parents were yelled at for using towels to dry the floors with and even threatened to be charged for using the towels to dry the floor. There were only two bath towels at check-in and when asking the front desk for more, it was welcomed with side eye and attitude. The plow crew of one didn’t come through the parking lot until well after other guests and ourselves were attempting to dig our cars out. Honestly, if family wasn’t staying at this hotel we would have spent the extra money to stay at a better hotel. Our room had an ironing board but no iron. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. There was also a “resort fee” of $16 and some change that I’m not even sure what that was for.

There were three of us in three rooms. One room was too hot. Mine was too cold. The last one was just right. I asked for help from the front desk. They offered to switch rooms, which is totally reasonable. There was also another guest complaining about no heat while I was there. The location is very close to the gondola. We walked in ski gear. The rooms were generally well appointed. The towels and sheets were clean and in good condition. The fridge was clean and functional. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. There were lots of crumbs in one drawer. The towel bars were all broken in two of the rooms. Not huge things, and hopefully easily remedied for future guests.

Great location. Room was clean enough but definitely outdated. Hair dryer did not work in my room, but other than that no issues. Staff was very friendly! Will stay again

The way I was treated and that they called me POLICE ON ME AND MY HUSBAND FOR TALKING ON THE PHONE WITH OUR COUSIN. I FELT XERY VIOLATED AND THEN HAD NOTHING THAT THEY ADVERTISED. NO COOKING UTENSILS NO GARBAGE CAN JUST TOTALLY AWFUL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO A BEAR

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room. Woken up at 1am from next door guest, kids running around, slamming cabinets, talking very loudly. Did not stop until almost 4am and was unable to contact anyone at this time of night and no one in office at check out, just had to drop card keys in the box. Sheets were stained and there were little seed type things all over and on bed. Not sure what it was. Yes the room is on the cheaper side but still not even worth that much.

1st room, fireplace not working. Hotel person tried their hardest to get it working, but no. Got moved to a different room. Fireplace was working, but floor was sticky and had to have hotel person come back again the next morning to make my TV work. Bravo to the staff, but some attention needs to be paid the cleanliness of the rooms and their amenities.
