蘭丁酒店(The Landing Resort and Spa)

The customer service is phenomenal at this hotel from the moment your car door is opened when you arrive until your car door is shut when you have to say goodbye! The rooms are lovely, the pool is really nice and wine and cocktails at Jimmy’s is the icing on the cake. Staff will drive you anywhere you want to go within a 2 mile radius which took care of almost all of our needs. I love this place and will keep coming back. I’n a world where customer service is rapidly dwindling, come to The Landing Resort where you get pampered with a smile!

Nice hotel in a great location. Lakeview room was very small for the price. Pictures online were deceptive. Hotel is across the street from a public parking area, so a bit odd to have that between the room and the lake. Food, drinks, and spa were quite expensive. Ended up eating away from the hotel. Many great places to dine in the area. Room amenities include a small gas fireplace, and a heated toilet seat(We'd prefer a regular seat and two ply toilet paper!). Credenza under the T.V. was covered with drinks for sale, including large bottles of water, wine, and bottled mixed drinks. Not necessary. Room was clean and everyone was very friendly. I've stayed at many resorts over the years, and to call this a 'resort' is a stretch.

found a wadd of hair stuck to the shower wall when we checked in. the room was very comfortable other than that. the staff was very helpfull and friendly. found the door to the outside (we were on ground level) was unlocked after the first night.

The Landing is our favorite place to stay in south lake! Beautiful place right on the lake! Great amenities and staff!!

Beautiful resort. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Stay couldn't have been better. Probably one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Staff was stellar. Took care of everything we could want. Sarafina was a gem absolutely outstanding. We felt so pampered. Going back in Feb to celebrate a birthday. Can't wait!
