火車站之家旅館-近天堂岡多拉(Station House Inn South Lake Tahoe, by Oliver)

房間太暗；找不到手提箱裡的東西；房間內有充足的照明設備；老式的、疲憊的老式飯店；開著我們的皮卡車，擁擠的停車場沒有空間停車；停車場的設計旨在最大化空間，但卻佔用了適當的出口和操作空間。床只是一般水平;我在預訂時需要幫助，我問了前台的兩個不同的人；他們既不能幫助我，也似乎不關心我；我覺得我打擾了他們。考慮到他們的業務是為度假的人們提供餐飲服務，這不是一個令人愉快的地方。房間很乾淨；

Great staff and very accommodating. Lovely and cozy lobby, and breakfast area. Coffee is great and hot chocolate. They sell smores kit but we brought our own and they offered is the sticks and marshmallows. Any time we needed anything they were always there. My only minor feedback would be to have more light in the room. Thats all.

Well managed place, nice lobby w/fireplace & sitting area. Location walking distance to central main road, restaurants, shopping. Plenty of free parking. Room was clean, beds too soft tough :( my only gripe. They have cable, Paramount movies a good plus+! :D Shower was awesome, strong, plus they have a heat lamp when you come out of shower. Plenty of power outlets esp on bedside table & on counter space next to wash basin. They have plenty hooks to hang coats, bags, etc., it was all thought of & they gave plenty of towels (you can ask for more). Bedside lighting was bright for reading. It was a pleasant stay, a keeper :)

Facility was wonderful. Room was great. But the receptionist Saturday and Sunday morning was very unpleasant and cold. Saturday when we went in for coffee and the breakfast they serve. I asked where they served the food because there wasn’t anything out. She looked at me like I was stupid and replied with “what food we don’t serve breakfast” so I had to ask again about the oatmeal and granola bars and muffins. Then she decided to look and see that everything was empty. But she was too busy on her phone to realize or be bothered to help a guest. And again Sunday morning I went in this time just for coffee and watched three or four more guests come and go and she never looked up from her phone to say hi or good morning or ask if a guest needed anything. If your gonna have that kind of attitude I don’t think guest services is the right job for you.

Very nice stay. Great value, fantastic customer service, comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Biggest gripe was the very minimal grab-and-go breakfast, which consisted of a few prepackaged pastries and crumbly granola bars, and a keurig for tea/coffee. Managers reception M-Th 4-6pm is a nice perk for weekday visitors. Hotel location is nice, not a bad walk to the Heavenly gondola or the lake, great variety of dining inside ~10min.

I like the location of the hotel. It is conveniently located near Heavenly and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Lotus Pho was really good). The lobby was very comfortable (there were people hanging out at breakfast time and on Friday night when they had a movie night) and the front desk people were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was decent as well.

Property is charming and clean. Room decor is modern. Has nice fire pits, small swimming (closed for winter), jacuzzi, and on-site restaurant (didn't try the restaurant). Free light breakfast in the lobby 7-10am (oatmeal, coffee, tea, cocoa, granola bars, but no eggs). Friendly front desk staff. Decent WiFi and on-site parking. Easy to walk to Heavenly Village and nearby stores. Bathroom had problem with heat lamp turning off after a few minutes and each light came with a noisy fan--no way to light the bathroom without the noise. Would be happy to stay there again.

This is a great hotel - rooms are spacious and very well furnished. The location is very convenient, central SLT is a quick 5 min walk away. The evening staff were excellent - courteous and friendly. The lady at the reception went out of her way to make sure we had a good time at the fire pit, cleaning the chairs and providing towels for us.

We loved our stay at station house! It was very comfortable and welcoming. We were so close to the stateline so all the shops and restaurants were in walking distance! We’ll definitely be returning :) also our 1 year old had a blast running around in the room and climbing all over the lounge chair
