The room was not clean and the bathroom was extremely dirty that we had changed three times and still had not get a clean room.

The restroom light didn't work

El hotel muy sucio todo huele a sucio viejo, la atencion del personal de recepcion mala ruvimos que esperar por 20 minutos por que no habia nadie en recepcion, las cobijas en el cuarto son viejas y se miran sucias el moviliario del cuarto igual muy mala experiencia no lo recomendaria

Los tapetes de la entrada estaban muy sucios. La habitación estaba limpia pero el sanitario presenta alguna mancha como de suciedad. Aún así, el resto estaba limpio, la cama amplia y cómoda. Descansamos bien, luego de 8 horas de carretera. El baño también era de buen tamaño.

Gut für 1 Nacht

The person who checked us in was rude and didn't even tell us how to find our room or where to park. The A/C unit was hanging on by a thread and there were holes in the walls. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor and water was leaking. Other issues existed with the shower rod, the refrigerator unit, and the electricity. Hallways were dark with busted out lights, felt very unsafe inside and out. Wish I could share pictures. Highly do not recommend! Overall a TERRIBLE experience.

First of all the property was fine and the room was fine. Everything was pretty clean and the stay was uneventful. There were two items that I think could be addressed. First, the front desk staff was not exactly friendly and sort of robotic really. I felt like an inconvenience for them to have to get up off the couch and attend. Second, the TV in the room was just a mess. Out of 4 shows I tried to watch, it said there was some error and mode problem which I had no idea how to correct. One channel did work and I did watch that so no big deal but I think it would be easy to put some kind of trouble shooting guide in the room to navigate the complexity of "Direct TV" which I find quite a misnomer in that it is anything but direct to understand how to navigate it.

Frustrating!! Couldn't get any station on the tv, other than the one came up. Loud laundry noise all evening. The evening person helped me with the Internet, that was good. The final bill was incorrect. ..

The room had old stained carpet. Half the barh towels were dirty with stains. The security chain was missing on door. The toilet had a mole ring around it.
