士麥那 - 納什維爾舒眠套房酒店(Sleep Inn & Suites Smyrna – Nashville)

Everything was very good during my stay, just one detail that they still haven't returned my $100 deposit, it was for Wednesday and it's already Friday and it hasn't arrived yet!

I was assigned room 116, it was very loud and I wouldn't recommend staying in it. The room above was occupied by elephants wearing high heels, stomping and running at all hours. Every morning between 4 and 5am the staff would vacuum the lobby area and the sound would travel to the room. Vacuuming the hallways occured around 9am, so expect to sleep in 3 hr increments only. A party was held in the conference room across the hallway and the staff did not control the noise. It was loud and rowdy with the door open. Terrible room location.

First issue, our TV didn’t work and the front desk clerk had to spend 30 mins in our room trying to get it to work. Eventually it did, but not without affecting our stay. Also, I could have done without the large cockroaches. Multiple. In the room, in the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I made multiple complaints. And no apology. No offer of compensation. Very disappointed.

Very clean and the cleaning procedures were exceptional. The bread in the breakfast are were packed individually for protection. You take the bag and do not touch the other bread. All were very clean.

It was being worked on. The smell was outrageous. Broken remote. No friendliness. Didnt like the area.

The snowstorm kind of put a damper on the parking and the cleanliness of the entryway and not, but it was wonderful. They were very friendly and I can actually get there and park with no problem. I really appreciate it because a lot of the hotels were booked and then I don’t know what I would’ve done and unless you guys were open with rooms.
