Clean and comfortable room. Safe area. Walked to Windsor/Eaton area. Bit if a walk, but easy to do. Staff were always pleasant.

Very nice I was proud of the service

Worst stay ever, at 5am the fire alarm went off. I went downstairs and the employees advised that the fire alarm malfunctioned and there was not a fire alarm. For the next 20 minutes the fire alarm kept going off and on. The whole hotel was wake children were also all awake. Meaning I couldn’t go back to sleep. Children where running up and down the corridors all morning because they was awake from the fire alarm. ‘Guaranteed good night sleep’ is your slogan. I can guarantee that was the worst night sleep. Not to mention I booked a ‘family room’ and on the night the sofa bed had no covers and duvet on it. When we went downstairs to reception they advised they won’t provide any duvet. Eventually on the second night after much convincing they provided a duvet. Both nights we had a terrible sleep

The location was great, especially as there is car parking at the evening and weekends which I had not been prepared for. The beds were amazing, we slept so well. However, I HAD A DIRTY BATH TOWEL! It was covered in makeup that I had not seen. I would have expected the cleaners to check that new towels were put in the room. It feels as though because one was folded up, it had not been used, however, this was obviously not the case.

I booked this Premier Inn for a family trip to Legoland. I new nothing about the area, and went by the reviews and price. Yes Slough maybe isn't the nicest area, however for the price we couldn't complain. The rooms were clean and comfy. The restaurant although a bit chaotic and some staff were nicer and more helpful than others, was fine for the meal deal. There are plenty of places in close proximity to eat, but I wouldn't have wanted to wander about in the evening and tbh we were too tired. We got a pre booked taxi to the hotel from Heathrow which cost £37.50. Once we got our bearings we just got the bus everywhere. The bus stop for Legoland was about a 2 minute walk up the street, turn right out of the hotel. The bus runs very frequently, remember to ask for a return as it's much cheaper. Also the bus takes you to the entrance of Legoland. All in all our stay was fine. It was just a base and somewhere to sleep. And it did the job.

My wife and I had the evening meal and breakfast option. We had a starter and main meal paying extra for the mixed grill. The eggs on both meals were appalling and not cooked! Replacements were sent out and were worse! Meanwhile the other two in our party were finishing their meal and our meals were quite frankly cold and unappetising by this stage. The member of staff sorting everything for us couldn't have been more apologetic but who ever was in the kitchen couldn't even cook an egg properly. Let's see how the eggs are at breakfast in the morning...

It’s a good place to stay in you want to go to London although we did find the rail charges to slough a lot. We would consider looking into somewhere closer next time. Hotel was clean and comfortable but I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant in the Evening. It had no atmosphere abd the food was ok. Lots of lovley places to eat in London
