Naprosto vse bylo v poradku. Jako hlavní musim vynachvalit personal. Profesionalni, mily, ochotny. To je to hlavni, co hotel dela hotelem 👌 Jidlo vyborne,cerstve. Wellness naprosto skvely, a privatnim wellness naprosta TOPka! Masaze prijemne, uvolnujici. Neni co vytknout.

Excellent service, Clean and modern accommodation. Very nice bathroom. Sufficient equipment, comfortable beds, furniture etc. More than sufficient fitness equipment. Koliba restaurant ( we only had a game of bowling there), but very nice. Perfect spa, wellness enabling maximum relax. Professional staff 5* staff - willing to help and answer our questions. Breakfast and dinner in a buffet form, but a wide selection of food. Everything tasted very good, soups, desserts, beverages, main dishes fresh - better than in best restaurants in the near by town of Banska Bystrica. We enjoyed ourselves very much Looking forward to our next stay here.

excellent wellness hotel lots of saunas large swimming pool quality rooms well equipped food excellent nothing really to do outside in winter, just a short walk but there is enough to do indoor simply great holiday

Relaxing stay with excellent food and nice staff. Rooms are well equipped with all you need for stay. Wellness world is small but there is all you need . Pool is excellent with great water and perfect place for relax. I can only recommend to visit Kaskady to everyone.

Georgeous and clean hotel,excellent and yummy foods,beautiful garden,fancy wellness,pools and saunas,good services,nice staff.Simple perfect all.We had a lot of fun. It was a pleasent relaxation with my husband.Thank you.

Took a weekend break at the hotel. Staff service was excellent, not typical of Slovakia. Great choice of food at mealtime buffets, plenty to satisfy all tastes. Rooms were clean and well prepared. We made good use of the swimming pool and sauna areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

excellent food, excellent pools and wellness, pleasant and helpful staff , nice rooms and comfortable beds, excellent beer , I think about whether I would change something, but I can't think of anything, in my opinion everything is at a high level

Everything was perfect from reception, room, wellness and food. Personal was very friendly and everytime with smile. Definitelly we will come again. Food was excellent. Wellness huge and poll was large. We choosw apartment in new part of hotel and it wqs good choice

I’m in love with this hotel. It’s first time for me to be here actually but I’m gonna visit it every month. Great stuff is working here (especially bartenders - best mojito ever!) but all people who’s working here are so much helpful and very nice. Love this place, wellness and spa are amazing, also the massages which I had were great 💕 actually now I’m looking forward for the next visit 🙋🏻‍♀️ thank you 🙏
