桑達拉斯水療度假村(Sundaras Resort & Spa Dambulla)

Sharanga persona fantastica e gentile , non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, sia lui che lo staff sono persino bravissime, la struttura era perfetta , e molto bella, consigliatissimo, la piscina molto bella e camera bellissima , non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, grazie sundaras

L’hôtel est exceptionnel, merci beaucoup au personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. La chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout, surtout à côté de Temple d'Or de Dambulla, l’endroit absolument à visiter. Je conseille vivement !!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Très joli petit hôtel, caché dans un jardin, le straff est très très sympa, la cuisine super . Un plaisir ..chambre grande et propre..bon rapport qualité prix .idéalement situé ! Je recommande vivement

I hate writing bad reviews as I’m aware the impact it can have on the hotel however I do not want anyone else to go through what we have been through. the pictures that the hotel have posted on *********** are very misleading. firstly we arrived and was informed that during the power cuts they won’t have a generator. this is a four star hotel they should have one. our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and they asked if we would like to sit by the pool. all of what I could describe what we were greeted with was a swap. how they could recommend anyone to swim in that pool is unsafe. it was green, couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. we were taken to a sitting area which looked like it hasn’t been be cleaned in months or years. I felt so uncomfortable I couldn’t sit there. we were then taken to our room. to get there you have to go up many flights of stairs and it more looks like a apartment block. in the room the TV didn’t work. When we walked in the room was really hot and thought this was because the door had been left open. how wrong was we. the Air Con did not work and we didn’t sleep at all. when the power cut was on we were given a candle for the room. to be honest I thought this was very dangerous for all hotel guests to be left with a candle in their room. when it came to dinner there was only two choices and decided not to eat there. due to our experience we decided not have breakfast and left as quickly as possible. this is not a four star hotel. it’s more a home stay.

We have arrived at this place and they are careless, WiFi not working, no enough staff, TV not working, Smell terrible, Swimming pool dirty, bathroom dirty, mosquitos everywhere even inside the building, called reception for wi fi password, they said someone will come and didn't. I came down to reception they said not internet. I felt frustrated so I told them that we cannot stay and went back to the room. After 5 minutes one guy came with WiFi router and told us they will provide Internet but at this point we already decided to leave as they seems careless about guests. When we came to reception to leave the key, they received the key and didn't offered to us transportation, he left so we left the premises. Very unprofessional from this hotel, also we called the hotel after all these issues and did not want to refund the money even when we did not stay at this horrible place.

We stayed in Dambulla one night to see the cave temples and Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock. Our stay was lovely, the resort is so calm and peaceful. The gardens and the pool area are so serene. Siddu took us to Sigiriya for sunrise to climb Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock and it was amazing! Siddu and the rest of the staff were so accommodating at the resort from drinks at the pool to dinner and breakfast and helping us with our bags and getting the bus back to Kandy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay! Siddu and the rest of the staff are super sweet and helpfull. Location is a few minute walk from the cave temple, hotel taxi service drives anywhere and at anytime you need. The room was super pretty, shower nice and bed slept well! We used the pool to cool off and than we went somewhere,… jeepsafari, best restaurants in town, pidurangula rock, tranfer whenn needed,… please go here if you’re looking for a great place to stay. We loved the last 3 days guys! Tito, Siddu, Bruno - hope to meet you again some day if we visit Sri Lanka again!

J'ai passé un agréable séjour à l'Hôtel Sundaras. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine et de goûter les cocktails. Tout le personnel était vraiment très sympa et attentionné. Mention spécial à Tito !
