Nasty bugs everywhere running wtr filthy ass place no SECURITY locks on door people walking thru that dont stay there JUST ****ING FILTHY

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. No microwave or refrigerators in the rooms. Hallway stinks of smoke. Found roach in my bed when I got up. No towels.

There wasn’t a latch to secure the door. There was no main light (the switch inside the door turned nothing on). Lamp had no light bulb. No towels at all. No microwave as stated in room details. Condom wrapper in bedside table drawer. Full garbage cans next to property outside doors. No trash can in room at all. People were great, property not so much.

My wife and I were only going to get about 3 or 4 hours of sleep because of weekend plans so I booked this place because it was close to the airport and we would arrive late. When we arrived, we were shocked at how run down this place was. It was actually unbelievable but since we would only be there for a short time we figured we would be fine. While trying to check in, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back shortly. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got in the phone trying to find another hotel nearby that had rooms available. While doing this, a lady finally showed up so I checked in. After getting the room key and walking thru hallways that looked like you were in a horror film, the room key assigned to me was to a room that was already occupied. So I went back to the front desk only to find this lady was gone again. I waited a few minutes and decided to put the room key on the counter and left. This room was prepaid so I did not get money back. I ended up finding a room someplace else and paid again. I stay in hotels almost every weekend and Orbitz can vouch for that by looking at my records. I have never seen a place like this and seriously Orbitz should take this place off of their list.

The pictures advertised look better than the property itself. It’s infested with roaches and unclean shower curtains.

When we checked in to our room it had two double beds not the king we picked. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, ashes were in the mini fridge, no lampshades, and no smoke detectors or fire alarm beeper (it was disassembled). We went back to the front desk and she took us to a room with a king bed. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, couldn’t open the microwave because the handle was broken, all mirrors were hazy ( not cleaned in months), a open beer was in the refrigerator, ac/heat didn’t work, no lampshades again, bathroom counter and sink wasn’t clean, tub had black mold all around it, and all safety equipment was disabled. When we first pulled up we thought it was closed. There were no lights on anywhere outside the building and very little inside. The place looks like it hasn’t been in any good condition in several years. The website pictures are probably from when it first opened. The walls and ceilings had peeling paint and stains, sockets missing light bulbs, 2x4 holding up bathroom sink/counter, the mini fridge was being used as giant ashtray. Because it was late at night and a storm was going on outside with tornadoes, we stayed and slept fully clothed. The hotel looked like it was ready for demolition. We feel we fell for a bait and switch based on pictures of the place when the reservation was made and had decent reviews (probably very old). What really makes me mad is I used award dollars on an apocalyptic, unsafe and filthy hotel. I want my money back!

The pictures are nothing like the hotel— whatsoever! The place is run down and looks disreputable. Comparatively it’s a halfway house. The receptionist was pleasant, but there were two other women at the counter cussing about some interactions with other people at the hotel during my entire check in process. I could not tell who worked at the “hotel” in all honesty. Although I had my doubts about the place after looking at the outside of the place and after walking in the lobby— I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt, thinking the room would give some solace. I made the drive from california and honestly just wanted to lay my head on a bed. After I checked in a began walking down the hallway— I knew I made a bad decision, but proceeded to the room regardless. I went into my room I thought a random man was in the bathroom. Thinking I miss heard the room number, I went back to check with the front desk. To my surprise the man in the room was indeed it was an employee! He just looked with a young man in street clothes with headphones standing in the room. Still I went back to the room after checking with the front desk. He looked annoyed as he invited me in a room to wet floors and a single pillow on a king sized bed. He remained in the room cleaning the bathroom when I came in. I took one look at the room did an about face and said I wouldn’t be staying there that night. Unfortunately I could not get a refund for the room and sat in a parking lot looking for another
