The hotel was a nice place but the ac in the hallway could have been better..

Not entirely worth the money- The bed made noises when one tossed and turned, and the heater was too loud. The breakfast was very nice. The best thing about this place is the location, right next to the airport. Also, the beds are not queen as advertised- they are FULL. Overall, the room looked dated- I gladly would have paid $79.99 and given it more stars. But $150(tax included? -no. You have to do better than that.

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean. Theo nly thing keeping my rating from five stars is the noise from the street(sirens all night and loud vehicles) and the nearby airport.

After calling the hotel multiple times it took somebody 45 minutes to pick me up at the airport along with another gentleman. When I got my room key, I went up to the room and there was already somebody there. In the morning when I went to take a shower, no hot water. They were booked full and after a half an hour manage to find a room for me. after a 10 hour trip this did not help. I actually want a refund.

This was a weird encounter. I tried to check in at 1:00pm, I was told to come back after 3:00, which is the posted time of check-in, so ok. I returned at 5:30pm, staff claimed they were booked up & I had no room, yet I prepaid to get the posted rate. Once I provided receipt, they miraculously found my room. Carpet was wet, very wet and tile floor in bathroom was sticky. Front desk staff was preoccupied most of the time and had a difficult time finding details in the computer. Breakfast attendant did a good job and was friendly. Maintenance personnel was friendly.

When I checked in the said I didn’t pay. After I showed them that I paid, then they said there wasn’t a room. Went back and forth for 30 minutes then she found me a room. Room was dirty, carpet was old and the closet door has a broken mirror door. Then the next day on the 4th they charged me 250 for the room. Now I have to go and fight to get the money back. It was a horrible stay and experience in the hotel. The flight was good.

Our stay was great. I just wish there was room service everyday without having to request it. Also, we asked for a few fresh towels (not a full set) and didn't receive them.

The fire alarm was malfunctioning and could not be fixed throughout the hotel. It went off continuously. Their were homeless people sleeping along the fence of the property. There were flies all over the breakfast. The room smelled like cat piss. It was horrible!

Was traveling home needed a quiet place to sleep after a long drive from GA, and we got what we wanted too with so much more comfortable bed but the sleeping side was not so comfortable for my son but he slept. Breakfast was amazing!!
