Service and location with the free shuttle to the temple was excellent. Unfortunately the hotel looks run down. Air con was noisy. Bathroom needs upgrading g. Staff were excellent

Mr. Nilesh Pawar is the main reason I always choose this hotel. He goes out of his way to lend a helping hand and makes u feel at home. Everytime I go to sun n sand it is like a second home for me. I needed some medicines at night and Mr. Nilesh did his best to get it for me. He is a class apart. I have seen ***y ***gers but he is just unique. I will for sure go there once again only because of the treatment given by nilesh Pawar. The other staff are also cordial and very helpful. And the food is just too good. I was staying in # 322

Nice Ambience. Tasty buffet lunch, huge spread. Italian food… Pasta, Pizza, You want to try…. Then option of Italian food at “little Italy” restaurant inside the campus for evening. Huge campus with green and lush garden for evening walk and well time spend.

Pls avoid going to this place , I am staying here today Dated 20th April, we came here for some peace and at 8.30 am there are Dhol sound because hotel has one wedding . We were up whole night because we had to attend 4am Arti and thought once we are back we will sleep . We reported at the reception and asked if this will continue and response amazed us when they said yes this is full day function hence it will be like this, they never informed me this when I was booking the place.

I and my family had a pleasant stay at your hotel .. the hospitality was very good.food was delicious..rooms were neat and clean .loved the garden area.enjoyed the swimming pool this is my second visit . Looking forward to visit again .. thank you ..

It's good..it could be much better, Extra charges are totally unfair . If you can't provide channels in TV at Room please don't instal TV at Room, I was disappointed when I turned on TV there was no recharge at all. So I suggest don't provide TV.

Most horrible experience ever. We are a senior citizen couple going every year to shirdi and staying at this hotel. It’s completely rundown now. We were given a twin bedroom inspite of booking a king bed as no availability. My husband had a very bad fall in the early morning as we were to go for Aarti at 3 in the morning. As we had twin beds he fell very badly from the bed onto the table beside the bed. The table had a bad tile corner which tore his forehead. There was no doctor available. I had to beg for a taxi to take him to the hospital. Even after offering to pay they didn’t even arrange for a taxi to bring him to a hospital in Bombay. As a senior citizen myself I had to arrange everything on my own. Senior citizens please don’t ever stay at this hotel. They are completely useless and the furniture also is old and not senior citizen friendly. Never again at this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent rooms, food and service. Plus the free shuttle to the ***dir is very convenient. Highly recommend the hotel for those traveling to Shirdi. The hotel has very good facilities, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The variety and taste in the food is very good.

Its Not Worth for the Money, Room is small and Service is also not even 3 start range.. Total waste of Money... Better to look for alternatives in Shirdi.. Location wise its Good but Hotel ambience and Service is not impressive.. Over all Disappointed with the Stay...
