The stay was great. I unfortunately forgot my wallet there. Hotel staff and the owner of the hotel were so helpful. They send my belongings to home address. Overall a great experience. Food was delicious. I would recommend it to all. Thank you

I was supposed to stay here for a day but there was so much peace n serenity that I stayed for 2 days. This is one of those Heritage properties in Shimla, with a lot of history. It is at multiple levels and has ***y staying options. We stayed in a premium room with a balcony which had a view of tall pine trees. I felt I was living amongst the trees but in luxury. The room size is decently big and the bed size is super big. The food is very very tasty. I ate about 5 meals over here and I could not pick out any flaw. My personal favourite was spinach corn sabji and golgappe. So have a big banquet hall for parties/ marriages/ receptions. This property has one of the best gardens with so ***y flowers. I believe it has been awarded the Best Garden Award since ***y years. It has a spa to take out all the tiredness and soreness out of your body. And of course a big temperature controlled swimming pool with a bar to enjoy and relax. They also have a car to drop you to the tourist lift or visit near by places. The best part about this property is their staff and their friendliness and the warmth. They are always available at any time to help you and take care of your smallest of need. Special mention of Mrs. Komal, who took care of me and my wife like her own family. If you are in Shimla, you must visit here at least for a day, my personal recommendation.

It is a good property to stay at Shimla, away from city noises and pollution having ample parking. Specially the hospitality attitude of staffs is fantastic. It is a hygiene place having delicious food availability round the clock.

We came as a group of 230 people from housing.com. experience was wonderfull. All arrangements were excellent. Staff , ambience ,food all were good. We had great time dancing singing and in the conference

we have been coming to this hotel for the last 8-9 years and we love it still. service is excellent. hygiene is well maintained. food is excellent. Spa facility is good and the small kids area is very nice. Pool is also there for entertainment. overall we love to relax in this resort . special thumbs up for all staff and front office ladies

We went through heena tours...The property is very old need immediate renovation and also pest control too...there were small cockroaches in our room...very unpleasant stay....as it was may..it was bit hot in shimla room needs a fan which also wasn't there...lighting of rooms is also very poor

Not happy with my experience....hotel needs refurbishment immediately.....they had multiple activities and conveniences for guests formerly all of them have been stopped...spa. salon pick up drop facilities.

It is a wonderful hotel and had a beautiful experience of nice people serving with utmost dedication and warmth, will definitely recommend this hotel to our known colleagues and relatives and it will be our future destination forever relaxation.
