西姆拉英國度假村(Shimla British Resort)

The room was different than the one shown in the pictures while booking. The wasroom was not clean, there were webcobs, floor was stained, no toileteries were present, cups were missing, drinking water wasn't there. Bathing water wasn't available even after ***y reminders.

It was an unforgettable luxury experience at Shimla British resort. From the moment I stepped into the hotel the service was exceptional. The staffs genuine care for gas set a new standard of hospitality. It was one of the best properties in Shimla to enjoy the nature. I loved the room and its balcony views with green view all around. It gives you peace and serenity allowing you to snap some moments to rest and rejuvenate. I look forward to visit soon and being delight again.

The stay was comfortable and really enjoyed with my family. I stayed in the heritage suite and that room was unbelievable. The start was very pleasant. The food was really tasty. They also prepared us early breakfast. Would surely recommend it to others. Thank you British resort

This was our 11th accommodation on our month long Himalayan adventure and after reading the reviews, I choose the British resort. Well there's been some good and some unpleasant experiences here. The front office staff are pretty nice as you tend to expect. The room was large and the furniture was antique and well kept. The bathroom was fairly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We stayed on the 2nd floor. There are different varieties of rooms here, so it's prudent to check which one you have booked, as the reviews you read might be for other category rooms. The food and room service was very good. Room service was so efficient, fast and courteous. That was the good part. And a dedicated parking space in the midst of a crowded city like Shimla was a pleasure. We will definitely visit the place again and will chose to stay in the British Royal suite room which has twin rooms.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at this resort! The chill vibe throughout the property made for a relaxing experience. The staff, from the front office to housekeeping to restaurant servers, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location near the tourist attractions was a huge plus while being in the centre of the first. The front office team's assistance with affordable taxis was a great convenience. The food at the hotel was delicious, and I felt like I received excellent value for the price I paid. I who***eartedly recommend the British Resort to anyone planning a 2-3 day stay in Shimla. It truly exceeded my expectations! The balcony rooms were good and comfortable.

This was my first experience in this hotel. The first experience was fabulous. The premium suite room was good. We had excellent service of dinner . Food was great and the chef was very humble. Good location and beautiful envious surrounding. All the persons were incredibly helpful.

Everything about the resort property is amazing. It was my second time and my partners 5th ,looking forward to my 3rd already. The location itself is breathtaking. In the middle of thick pine first. Our favorite part of the day used be going out for a walk in the evening in the other and exploring it.
