Booking done by Kesari tours & travels.Room no. 204 is just too small with no space to move around. Room window was opening in a duct area. Room for family has two twin beds joined which was too uncomfortable. Hot water provision was bad. Tap water has to be turned ON for about 15 - 20 mins for water to get hot that causes wastage of water.

The vibe and atmosphere at their restaurant can never disappoint you.. went here 5 years back and now this year.. this seems to be the best place for live/ karaoke perfor***ces. Good is also amazing and satisfies one’s taste buds completely!

I booked a room in this hotel through a reference but my experience was not good. My reasons are listed below. 1: The hotel ran out of water in the morning. This has never happened with since I habe started yravelling for business for the past 22 years. When you charge close to 4K, then you should ensure the basics like water supply and electricity. 2: I was also kept waiting for 45 minutes for black color water. I finally bought mineral water bottles for brushing etc. After a long wait they p4oduced a clean bucket full.of water. This entire experience pushed us 90 minutes behind schedule. 3: For breakfast we had to order rather than serve our selves . This service was extremely slow. This is not expected specially at 9am. The hotel should be prepared for serving guests at 7 am. 4: Check out process was slow. No wonder what will happen if there are 10 guests at a time. 5: The 2 stars are for the comfortable bed.

Rooms are very small but well maintained, clean. No good view from the rooms. Bathroom latches needs repair/replacement. Staff are very polite, helpful and prompt. Room service is good. They have laundry facility and it's very good. Food is very good. Wifi facility is very poor. We stayed here for 3 nights and observed, there is no need to ask them to clean the room. They will do it without asking. Overall satisfied.

A.C was not working no ventilation, Food was horrible and breakfast I don't know what to say, Except the location everything was a nightmare, Attention Hotel owner Your hotel is in bad hands. Service is Good but food and everything was horrible

Located in Laitumkhrah, one of the hotspots in Shillong and only an hour's drive away from the Shillong Airport. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and I had an amazing experience. The premium category room is very spacious with a bathtub and all other basic amenities. One of the best aspects is that the hotel has a rooftop lounge and restaurant where one can sit and enjoy the great food they serve which is of good quantity for the price and really tasty. Special Mention to the staff Mr Charles, Mr Shemlod for ensuring smooth stay(check-in, checkout and travel arrangements) and to the restaurant staff Mr Fredrick, Ms Minisha, Mr Niraj & Mr Bithya for being courteous and helpful while serving and catering to all personal requirements. Overall my stay was really enjoyable and comfortable with some great food.

Had dinner at Dopwai restaurant with my boyfriend. Service and food provided was excellent. Good parking space. Good view from the restaurant overlooking the city. Lovely doh tyrkhong and Khasi food at the restaurant.
