BIG4謝珀頓公園巷假日公園酒店(Big4 Shepparton Park Lane Holiday Park)

6 bedroom cabin, no 13. Run down, tiny, old and dirty. Not suitable for 3 kids plus baby like we thought. Bathroom tiny, chairs and lounges stained and smelly. Not enough power plugs for 2023. TV didn't work! Fridge no shelf, couldn't fit 2ltr in it. Baby found bug bait under bunk and was about to put it in his mouth! Pool not heated. Playground tiny. Games room large enough to have more things for teens. Really needs attention to detail. Uncomfortable stay, obviously other cabins might be newer or refurbished and camping, caravans this doesn't affect. We'd not stay at this park again.

Great staff, very clean Cabin with comfortable bed. 2 Adults and 1 7YO and 1 3 1/2YO we had plenty of room. The facilities are great and well looked after, pool was sparking clean with great sun sails over it. The kids did not stop running from one experience to another. Would highly recomend.

Not much I liked about the property unquie in the fact it was so old badly needed an up grade. Oven didnt work. Even the plastic bin did not have a lid and in where you slept. Nothing to sit on to watch tv Dinning chair small very hard made of metal. Curtains to devide only went half way and old did not match window curtains.Very different that what expected from what I viewed on your site. Expensive for budget cabin worst cabin I have slept in. Have stayed in many.

Really comfortable cabin, clean, has good facilities, everything you need. The beds are comfortable and we had a great stay. The holiday park itself is nice and quiet with great facilities for children. The pool was nice and clean but very cold! All up a great stay, very happy.

Very quiet and clean park. Cabin was clean and comfortable . Office had a small shop with Ice available and a few essentials. Good spaces for kids to play. Parking beside the cabins was very spacious. Easy to find on highway Close to supermarkets and places to eat

We recently stayed 2 nights on a powered site. During our visit the ladies in reception were very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are good and clean with a well equipped camp kitchen. There is also a nice under shade pool. Within a short walk you can get an excellent meal at Peppermill Inn.

Stayed at the BIG4 Shepparton overnight in the family cabin and we must say really impressed had everything you needed. Cabin was exceptionally clean could not fault anything. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly on phone taking booking and when we arrived. Would recommend staying at this caravan park it is loverly. Looking forward to coming back when we visit family in Shepparton in the near future.

We have stayed at this park twice now and will return. Staff are lovely and it has everything we need to entertain our kids (jumping pillow, pool and pedal carts). Special shout out to Deb who always looks after us, nothing is too much trouble and she is so accommodating.
