肖尼北I-40附近舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Shawnee North Near I-40)

Easy exit off I40. Room was comfortable and clean. We slept great. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and waffles. Would stay here again.

Will recommend it. Nice quiet place to stay with very comfy beds and hot breakfast in the morning.

Hot water and electricity were out since 8am. The woman at the front desk didn’t even apologize. Even though it was no one’s fault, it would have been nice for her to acknowledge it. She just took our room cards and said, “have a nice day.” Goodness

We were pleased with our stay. The staff was welcoming. The only issue was having to get linens for the pull out as they were not already in the room, but that’s not a huge deal at all!

We walked into a dingy shady looking place and after checking in we went to the elevator and another guest who was fuming informed us that to be careful, and proceeded to show us a video of his bed and bed bugs crawling in it. We RAN!

Checked in very early to let staff we would be checking in around 6. Asked for first floor and I was assured we were on the first floor. Very pleased with hotel staff

This hotel was easy check and quick checking in. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean. Had a very pleasant stay. Quiet and clean. Will definitely stay again!

Very disappointed in my stay here. Stayed here before and it wasn’t as bad. There was no Wi-Fi and the A/C barely worked. Staff was not friendly and didn’t care. Had to get my room keys activated again after only 2 hours. They also closed breakfast early without warning. I will not stay here again.

Room was overpriced for what we received. Air Conditioner cover was falling off the unit. No one noticed this when cleaning the room? Sink drain was very slow. Room was reasonably clean but the condition was disappointing. Should have stayed at La Quinta right next door. This room was the most expensive on our trip from California to Kentucky and also the most disappointing. Will not stay in Comfort Inns again.
