Whole hotel needs a good clean. (Smells of chip fat throughout). Carpets were grubby & matted.
Cakes left in the room on arrival were soft and soggy. Not edible.
Service was very poor, lacked co-ordination between staff. (We were asked by 3 different waiting-on staff what we wanted for breakfast and in the end only one breakfast was served in good time and we had to chase staff up for the other one.
The rib-eye steaks we ordered for dinner were tough and chewy as well as underdone.
