Great stay! Perfect location for a late night arrival into Shannon. Staff were helpful, prices very reasonable. Highly recommended.

My room was always cold. Bar prices very high for food and drink. Menu quite limited but good. Breakfast choices good but (understandably) breakfast room full of kids as this is a hotel being used to house Ukrainian refugees.

Basically a good hotel in a convenient location, with helpful friendly staff. Rooms are fine and food is good. Its unfortunate that it currently has a large number of migrants being housed there with lots of noisy children running around. The hotel public areas are nice, but feels more like a "camp" with the migrants.

The rooms were very nice and clean. There wasn’t any way to adjust the temperature in the room. It was a bit odd as you followed the signs to the hotel. When you got right by the hotel there was a large staircase up the stairs and then a ramp. If you have a large case or a wheelchair you have to go around. It just doesn’t make sense. The trollies outside were a massive help in the morning. The staff was very friendly.

Extremely convenient to the airport, just a short walk through the designated walking path through the parking lot. All staff i had contact with were very personable and helpful. They all asked if there was anything additional that I needed. The food in the dining room was very good. I will certainly stay there again if traveling that way.

As an airport hotel it was fine. It is easy walking distance from the terminal building, though not quite so easy if you are of limited mobility.
The rooms are rather basic but okay and spacious.
It is not cheap but definitely convenient.

It was perfect for me at my age that after getting off 5am flight from NYC to find a place where I could have breakfast n check in when ready.

Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff. Enjoyed the one night stay. I limited the review to four stars only because the day was unusually hot and humid, air conditioning was not installed (common), and I’m a spoiled American who wanted to cool off
