船塢汽車旅館(Marina Motel)

staff was nice and polite, however, there was trash in trash bin left; then I found there're hairs on sheets, seem like hadn't been changed. I asked to replace those thins. Next, after showering in the evening, I found that there was no hair dryer, and I called to know that I could not get it until the next day when the staff went to work, so I had to spend the night with my hair wet.

The staff was trying but the property is horrible. A plumbing problem requires the heat to be on 24/7 or hot water isn’t available. Not clean and did t clean tub when asked. We were there a week and no service except fresh towels when I requested it. The property needs major maintenance and inves**ent.

On the plus side we felt safe and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Matthew at the front desk was friendly and helpfu. However the motel needs updating and maintaining. The drains in the showers didn’t drain well, the microwave didn’t work and the floors were dirty.

Update, update, update. Most everything was outdated. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch, the toilet wasn’t clean at the base. For over $200.00 per night, I expected more. Put some money back into the place.

Marina Motel went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will look here first when I return to Seward. Thanks!

This was gross. Slippery tub which means dirty. Dirty dusty floors. It was gross.

Perfect little roadside motel. The rooms were clean and surprisingly larger than i thought. Very happy we booked.

Clean rooms, close to train and activities, staff was extremely helpful and pleasant

Nice room will all the necessities. Within walking distance to the marina and waterfront. However, my room smelled like a bar. Extremely pungent fumes similar to a dive bar. Thankfully I was able to open a window and let it air out for the afternoon.
