西沃德哈博爾360酒店(Harbor 360 Hotel Seward)

Great location! Very friendly staff. We were there 4 hours ahead of scheduled check in, but they let us check in to a room already available. We had reservations for one of the wildlife/glacier cruises, so this was perfect for us.

The staff were so kind they left my little boy a card and chocolate for his birthday! It made his day! We had a blast in the pool! Hotel was clean and they had a great breakfast! I can't wait to go back and stay

Floors are very thin. Get an upper floor and you’ll be ok. View of harbor is gorgeous. Hotel was convenient to a lot of locations (free shuttle, Major Marine tours, Ray’s seafood). Free breakfast included proteins (eggs, bacon or sausage) and carbs (waffles, muffins) with coffee and milk/juices. Also had a free shuttle from train (from Anchorage which I highly recommend!) and to cruise ships.

Hôtel particulièrement bien situé directement derrière le port, avec accès direct aux croisière de Major Marine Tour. Chambre et salle de bain de bonne dimensions, lit et oreiller très confortables. Décor par particulièrement moderne, mais tout était propre. Le déjeuner inclus est un gros plus; beaucoup de choix (omelette, viande, pains, bagel, yogourt, oeuf cuit dur, pancake, fruits, granolas...) et disponibles jusqu'à 10h. Personnel à l'accueil super friendly. Stationnement gratuit qui était plein à notre arrivée sur l'heure du midi (ce qui nous a obligé à prendre un stationnement payant en attendant), mais qui se libère rapidement en fin de journée. Le seul point négatif est le wi-fi qui était correct, mais sans plus.

Abbiamo passato due notti in questa struttura esattamente posizionata sul porto di Seward. Lobby super affollata soprattutto in mattinata durante la colazione, complimentary, e il contemporaneo check-in per l’imbarco sulle barche della Major Tours per le crociere nei fiordi. Camere molto pulite e ordinate oltre che spaziose con un bagno ampio anche se ovviamente dotato della solita vasca con tendina. Se camera vista porto è sempre bello vedere lo stesso animarsi durante le prime ore del giorno e durante tutta la giornatq. Nota dolente la colazione che risulta molto povera qualitativamente e come detto alla mattina fin troppo frequentata. Anche se si tratta di un hotel veramente animato garantisce un riposo notturno buono.

Hotel does not provide transportation, despite what we were told over the phone. We were advised by a gentleman to call when our bus was a few minutes away from the port terminal but when we called a lady told us the hotel has no such service but that we should take the Seward local shuttle. The Seward local shuttle is a small bus, so if you arrive on a large bus then you will wait a while. Suggest taking a taxi. Research in advance and get a phone number or be stranded at the terminal for a bit. More about the hotel stay itself in next review. Cheers.

With not many choices in Seward, the Harbor 360 is one of few and very busy. The views in the harbor are beautiful! Lots of boats and people as this is the port for the Kenai Fjords ships. The good: Nice hotel. Nothing special. Somewhat dated. We stayed two nights and accomodations were adequate. Hotel is walking distance of most shops/dining in Seward. The "meh" The lobby also serves as a ticketing hub for some of the Fjord cruises. This makes for very busy mornings. The area for breakfast was over-packed and likely used by ship guests and not hotel guests. Tables/chairs were scarce as people used it as a waiting area for their excursions. Unacceptable for paying hotel guests. You don't have many options in Seward. Given the choices, this is likely your best bet.
