You are charged additional fees for run down amenties & will get an attitude from staff if you ask for water or coffee that you are charged for. I stayed for 3 nights and only had 2 towels. This is my 3rd time staying here and I won't stay again. It is a very stingy hotel experience. Staff seems stressed out telling you that you will be charged for parking. Don't forget you will be charged for parking. I was told several times. I can afford parking. Maybe if you weren't so stressed out delivering fees you could remember hospitality & how to deliver it.

A phenomenal hotel that is in the perfect location to catch hockey games, check out Seattle Center, get downtown, or explore around Queen Anne. Fantastic customer service and a great stay all around. We will be back!

Great place to stay to access Seattle Center and surrounding area. Nice rooms. Not crazy about the "amenities/Resort fee" that charged for things I did not use like the pool, bikes, workout facilities, and wifi. Would rather have this as an optional package since it was $30/day. Other than expense of resort fee - this is a great property.

This is a very nice hotel--a little funky. excellent location. There was a mistake made on the bill, despite efforts to be sure that did not happen. Some of the reps at the desk were very helpful; others were flat. The room was very nice and spacious and clean. The comforters were very hot for this time of year, and because they do not use sheets, there was no option but to use them. I did not explore the pool or use the cafe The bathroom was lovely, but there was no bathtub, which I missed.

This is now my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Seattle. After an afternoon of delays and having to miss our rental car reservation due to the delay, we arrived to this adorable hotel where we were greeted with smiling faces. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, and its in a quiet part of town. To make our short stay even better, the hotel gives you a coupon that you can redeem for a free drink (sparkling water, beer, wine, etc) and also provide bottled water for free. They have tasty iced cold pineapple flavored water and coffee in the lobby for guests as well. We didn't get to check out the amenities since it was a short trip, but will definitely do so next time. The location is perfect if you're attending anything at the Climate Pledge Arena. It's an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. We were also able to walk to and from Pikes Market (about a 15 to 20 minute walk), but its also an easy Uber or Lift ride away. The staff was very friendly and great at suggestions. It was nice having the coffee shop and bar in the lobby. Thanks for the great stay! You're definitely our new go to hotel to stay at.
