大薩瓦恩度假温泉酒店(Daosavanh Resort & Spa Hotel)

良かったです。朝食も美味しく頂きました。

The hotel is in need of an overhaul, everything is dilapidated and or not in working order, even the trees and shrubs looked sad, the booking agents should remove the photos because the hotel looks nothing like them, the staff were very friendly and courteous but I felt sorry for them. The hotel's appearance was like something out of 'Ghost Hotel' story. I wouldn't stay here for free.

Unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about our stay. We only stayed one night. The only friendly person was the lady at the front desk. Apparently this hotel is the nicest on the city! Before covid that may have been true, but covid has changed things. The rooms were not clean at all. Our friends had to call the front desk to have their bathroom cleaned when we arrived. There was feces on the front of the toilet!! Our guide told us the next day that the hotel was having a hard time hiring staff. The pool was not operational and was full of green slimy water. The gardens around the pool were over grown and everything was unkept. The breakfast was minimal. The coffee and toast were good though.

Hôtel à fuir!! Rien ne correspond à la présentation élogieuse de cet établissement! L hôtel et le personnel sont austères ! Le centre de fitness n’existe que par le nom…, impossible de l utiliser, il est fermé et il n’y a aucun appareil . Impossible d accéder au spa. ? Fermée également. Breakfast: sans intérêt. C’est honteux de proposer cela . Voir photos Et la chambre est hors d âges et l installation en mauvais état Je ne comprends pas que AGODA propose cet hôtel dans leur catalogue !!!! Je ne réserverais plus jamais par ce site. Et de plus ils sont injoignables .

The hotel is run down, Breakfast is very basic if you speak polite. Staff is ok . The problem is there are no much better places in this city. Maybe it is better to stay in Mukdahan on the Thai side of the Mekong river.

From the 4 star rating and pictures thought this looked nice, but soon realised the pictures were not a reflection on the actual location. Will start with the positives: Ok now onto the negatives; Room was in need of repair - tv not working. Shower decided how hot / cold it wants to be - from cold to scolding and back to cold. Road to hotel is a muddy track which is not lit and walking back from the night market led to a nice mud bath for my shoes : legs. The pool was closed and very dirty. The grounds overgrown and in need of serious attention. Apparently 4 star - maybe many years ago, luckily only had a night stay and so glad. Recommend avoiding.
