酒店在市中心，服務人員很有禮貌，房間是一個大床房，床墊很舒服，房間裏，特別乾淨，整潔，游泳池，健身房也很好，很棒，早餐也特別豐富，水果很多，很喜歡，麪包，蛋糕很好吃，咖啡，茶，飲料，品種很多，酒店周圍環境很好，購物，餐飲，也很方便，離機場也很近的，生活很方便，很好

The hotel is changing styles I got a new room with a new look. In the room we had a king that was very very squeaky. In the bathroom there was a few spots of black on the silicone looking like mold. Staff made the stay so much better very friendly. Had a cute little outside area that we discovered when we went to the pool.

Pool out of order. Would have been nice to know before booking for long weekend. Extra parking costs. Again, nice to know before booking. No one watching fitness area, kids f’ing around there all the time. Kids f’ing around on the second floor deck was out of control as well. Too bad because it was a nice deck

Very confused the information, it said parking available, they never confirmed we will paid for the parking not mentioned at checking and check out. They just deducted from the security deposit. They never clarified. The hotel is in downtown with not security and homeless by everywhere even at the parking they offered beside the hotel we were thinking it was part of the hotel.

Specifically booked a suite with jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work. As well, noise all night from other hotel guests. Was told they couldn’t do anything since

The pool area is so dirty. The hallways are beyond run down. Every floor we were on the ice machines were broken, the elevators are run down and broken looking.
