Very nice front desk staff and fast check in check out. Breakfast is good.

Overall, based on our two-night experience at this facility, it’s a very good hotel with professional and friendly staff, convenient parking, extremely comfortable, well-equipped, well-maintained, and clean rooms. The breakfast was nice, although some of the cooked items like cheese omelette, scrambled eggs, and pork sausage were a bit too oily and fatty. There was a noticeable bad smell in the hallways during the evening, which we realized might be coming from the nearby university farm fields. Additionally, it might be beneficial to separate or cover the entrance to the pool, which is located right in the lobby, to provide more privacy for those using it and coming out of it. The hotel’s proximity to the university campus and its reasonable distance from the city center are both advantageous.

We were attending the university convocation so the location was excellent for that. I liked the breakfast so that we did not have to go somewhere else. What I did not like was that we had travelled all day and arrived early and the person at check in would not allow us to check in even an hour early. She did not offer the membership to be able to check in early. She was actually very unfriendly and even rude.

We highly enjoyed our stay and loved that it is close to the stadium to watch the Huskies. The room was super clean and the beds are very comfortable. I love the sliding door to close the sounds off from the hallway and bathroom.

The registration through ******* was flawed, booked me in two days in advance of when my stay was. Confusion with account rep. I should have checked my confirmation more closely but will not use ******* ever again.

Our room had grab bars and a shower wand and lots of room, including an abundance of charging ports. Very well laid out. Our only issue was not being able to get the room temperature just right….it was too cold.

It was convenient for what we needed it for. Only issue wr had was the breakfast. Both mornings the scrambled eggs were very dry and tasted like they were not fresh and just heated up from a previous day. Also no other option for meat with only having sausage. Would be nice to also have bacon or ham as another option.

For the price we paid, I don’t think we would return to this hotel. The front desk staff were not very welcoming and did not make any effort to explain anything about the property despite knowing we were first-time guests. While I was signing my check-in paperwork the two ladies behind the desk were even having a personal conversation. One asked the other when they get off work. This isn’t very professional. Our room was clean and quiet but it was a little crowded. One of our kids slept on the pull-out couch and the only extra blanket was a thin throw blanket. The air condition unit was noisy so we kept it off but that made the room hot and stuffy. The hotel lobby and the pool area are nice. The breakfast was nothing spectacular. Good amount of choices bit the scrambled eggs were tasteless and the coffee was weak. The staff member at check-out could have practiced better customer service, as well. They did not take the time to ask how our stay was. To me this should be standard protocol in the hospitality industry.
