el desayuno estaba bueno, buena atenciones, limpio, pero entendo que deberian poner cepillos dentales en las habitaciones sin cobrarlos y mas cuando un paga por una suit despues lo demas es bien

This used to be my go to place to catch a shuttle to the airport for early morning flights but I believe they have finally priced their way out as an option. The room ($30/night more than last year) and others (water $2 per bottle ect.) cost as much as paying the extra to fly into PPT or SDQ.  Now that you can not cross the highway any more, the place is also not as convenient. Traffic could be a problem getting to the airport since several miles are added to the trip each direction.  Nice hotel and staff but cost seems to outweigh the convenience.

Hotel is great, staff is very friendly and the service is amazing. They are always around to serve you and assist in anything you might need or want. The rooms could use a bit of an update. But aver all they are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the staff is always around in case you want something else. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing for some fun in the sun or just a drink in the afternoon.

The Hotel was nice a kept up. The service was very disappointing. Slow yes but non attentive would better describe the complete lack of service. Stood in front of the lobby desk waiting to be checked in and witch the two staff members hug, high 5 each other answer phone and until I excused my self I am not sure when they would have asked me up. I realize I am a guest in their country and should be able to communicate as well but they didn't even attempt to speak English. Had to ask for my VIP Benefit after I had to go back and wait in line to give them my credit card so I could pay for our drinks in the bar while we waited for our room. To many words so far. Will never use them again and will express my displeasure on Social media as well.
