When checking in one of the staff members was not friendly. We booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. When we went to go see the pool it was not swimmable. The complimentary breakfast was really good and there was a lot of variety. When checking out it was an easy process and the person was very friendly.

Robaron de mi pick up estacionada en el estacionamiento del hotel en la noche toda mi herramienta, no tienen vigilancia ni cámaras. Con valor de Mas de 1500 dólares . Los empleados muy atentos por cierto, se disculparon pero me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Muy inseguro….

The room was clean, staff was very nice. Complaint we have is that our room smelled like urine when we opened the door. I told the front desk when we went out and they said they would spray deodorizer but when we came back it smelled the same.

It was a pleasure to stay in your Santa Fe, NM facility. the only concern to me was of the swimming pool was very cold and I can't use it. thank you for your kidnness it was a pleasure to stay with you.
