What I loved - great location and the staff were all wonderful. Nice breakfast options. What I didn't love - while they made some effort to minimize single use plastics, could have been better (they gave plastic water bottles to everyone who wanted one whenever they wanted one and plastic cups wrapped in plastic in the rooms). The valet parking was really a nuisance. I had not expected this. I would have preferred a place where I could park myself and have easy access to my car without depending on others. They were great, but always busy... so we had to plan ahead and didn't know how busy they would be so our reservations were hard to keep on time.

Your pictures of Rooms! Very deceiving! Nothing!!! Like what was shown on line for 8 out of 10, Extremely Expensive! for the Room we got, Dark Old @ dingy, Horrible Old Bathroom, No furniture or tables to set anything on, Put us to the very back of Property w/Air conditioner!! What a Joke, Unacceptable!!! @ I want a Refund!!!

The environment is lovely;staff and food are both great. We had trouble with the hvac so were moved. The rooms are comfy but very poorly lit. Bathtub and showers could use more handrails. Great location and excellent valet parking service.

I love this place. There was a minor unforeseen issue with construction noise around my room and I let the management know it wasn't as I had hoped. The hotel was very full because of the holiday but the manager called me to see what he could do so that I had a better experience. The hotel is lovely, clean, and in a perfect location to enjoy amazing Santa Fe. Stay here!

The room was supposed to be an upgrade but was very small. It also had zero natural light. The tv was small and didn’t work properly and the toilet was so loud when flushed it could wake up someone across the property.

Really liked the old Southwest hacienda ambiance of the property and being able to walk to the Plaza. We were traveling with another couple so this review is about both rooms. Both were King and both were clean, however, there was a great disparity between them. Ours was smaller and in need of refurbishing. It lacked a bench or anywhere to open a suitcase other than the bed and we could not comfortably watch TV from bed. The biggest differences was the bathrooms. Our friends’ was beautiful, all new, spacious, with a 6 ft double sink, a walk in shower, beautiful tile, even a bidet. Ours, like a budget motel: just a tub- shower combo w/ no safety bars to get in & out. The sink area was tiny and poorly lit. The only towel hook was out of my reach from the tub. If this sounds nit-picky, we are “advanced” in age and my hubby uses a cane. The hotel assigned us the room without telling us of its limitations, As we were early check- ins, there was no reason not to. We all found the desk personnel to fall short on warmth and hospitality: matter-of-fact and curt: not a “Good morning, or “How are you” from one of them. Would we go back? Probably. But we’d be sure to ask questions about the room we were getting beforehand.

Our room was nothing like rooms depicted on website. Very small. No view. Had to keep shade closed for privacy. Desperately in need of electrical work. Extension cords and tv cable hanging out all over the place. Very third world. Phone wouldnt stop ringing last nite of our stay. Valet service was very slow. Staff was very kind and overworked on a property that needs major attention. We had higher expectations and were sadly disappointed. Shout out to Angel with valet and Hector for their professionalism. Julias social club was overwhelmed on Christmas Eve and needs serious help.

Stay here for a convenient, walkable location to the square and downtown. The property needs a culture shift though from can-don't so don't expect a smooth guest experience. Front desk has no cash drawer for valet tipping, so valets make change from their wallets clogging up the valet stand. Bartender was downright Eeyore to every customer. Room was never vacuumed during 3-night stay and amenities never refreshed. It took 2 days to get Kiva fireplace-sized wood refill - fought too large wood that smoked out the room and sent ashes around it. Etc.

Great place to stay, room was awesome. Only drawback was the lighting for the walkway leading to the room was out and we had to use a flashlight to see to get in.
