They put us in a double twin bed room when I booked a single king bed room and wouldn’t honor our original reservation due to no more rooms available. Gave us to free drinks at there bar because of this and when we went to redeem the drinks they wouldn’t expect the drink vouchers so we had to pay for the mediocre drinks that we ordered. Light and door lock in the bathroom was broken and there was a cracker in the toilet. Definitely will not be returning.

Wasn't as good as I had hoped given the high room and parking price. Bathroom tiles are moldy. No extractor fan in the bathroom. The AC fan rattled noisily all night. Hotel needs new corridor carpets. Buikt-in alarm clock was set for 6am daily. Took 10 mins to figure out how to disable it. Nice beds and pool though.

$500 a night for a slight upgrade on a Best Western. Housekeeping was inadequate. Two small water bottles that were offered the first night were not replaced. Room furnishings and wallcovering looked cheap. Staff didn't seem to care if I was there or not. Would not recommend Hilton.

You refused to honor my wife's reservation and forced her to book an additional room. Then you refused to refund the money for the room that she reserved in my name. I will be sure to avoid your hotels in the future.

Stayed on the first floor which was dark and felt like a basement. Who would pick brown walls, brown carpeting and such dim lighting? They were also having sewage problems so the whole first floor smelled horrible. They were going to move us but then said they found and fixed the problem and never moved us. The smell remained. Also a very loud alarm went off in an empty adjoining room at 5am and it took 30 minutes to resolve. While probably not Hilton's fault, it still soured the experience. Public areas, pool, checkin were all great. Room was clean and comfortable but it sure was dark with a lot of brown. I can't speak to other floors but the first floor "basement" could sure use some freshening up and updating. But it was fine and the people friendly. Great location.

Woke up twice to sound of running water. Project repair man came and said it was condensation. Tried moving to another room. Problem was even worse. Moved to a third room which was ok. Clarence the repair guy was very understanding helped us move and arranged for free parking. Nice facility….. too bad we wasted several hours of our stay.
