My family and I had just experienced the worst hotel experience at La Quinta Inn. It was nearly midnight when we booked with Courtyard and WOW, what a difference! When we arrived, the staff was amazing and so helpful. The rooms were clean and upkept. Best sleep we could’ve asked for. In the morning I stopped by the Bistro and both the man and woman there were so helpful and genuinely nice. As I walked back to the room, the front desk acknowledged and greeted me with a friendly “Goodmorning”. All of these little details is what makes a great hotel. You never know what your travelers have gone through, and I’m so thankful that the Courtyard team took care of my family and I. We will be lifelong Marriott members from this single experience. Thank you!
