Nice hotel to stay at!

For many years, I have enjoyed my stays at E.S. This facility did not measure up to the other E.B.'s I've stayed at. The employees were wonderful! The AC did not work well, the tiles in the bathroom had grout that was smeared on the tile, and the water flow from the bathroom sink was super low. I was very surprised, because this is the first time I have ever been disappointed in an E.B. stay. Again, the employees were super amazing, professional, and kind. One more thing, the pillows were not comfortable. Sorry! I think this is the first time I have ever posted anything negative about any business. Trust me, E.B. is normally AMAZING!

Everyone was so friendly and accomadating. I am planning to stay there again the October and look forward to staying. The room was clean. I do wish there was more shampoo and conditioner but otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel was very clean and the service was more than friendly. The breakfast was good as well, I would definitely stay there again!

Had booked a class at local REI, so had to get a local hotel. REI class was cancelled the day before it was scheduled to occur. Tried to cancel the hotel upon notification of the class cancellation, but hotel/******* would not cancel my reservation, so was charged full price for a room that I would not be using.

Entire building was cold other than individual rooms. Ceiling leaked when it rained causing slippery floors with little or no warning. After 2 nights and 4 attempts, chef could not cook a New York ***** to medium rare. Could barely see the pool bottom and spa had so much bleach in it you couldn’t use it. Elevators are slow. Staff is great!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We had a super late check in (3 am) because of a flight delay. They called to make sure we were still coming and were so easy to get checked in with. The continental breakfast was also the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 will definitely stay there again if I’m traveling tu the area.

We had an exceptional stay! The room suite was very clean with everything we needed: the enclosed bedroom helped us all get a restful sleep. Complimentary breakfast and seating area was pleasantly abundant. Service was high and all the staff were very kind as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Kids are already asking to go back. We’ll see you all again soon!
