聖路易斯奧比斯保萬怡酒店(Courtyard San Luis Obispo)

It took a little longer than expected to check in, but nonetheless it was good. I was told to go around back to park closer to my room. However, the parking lot was being slurried so it wasn’t at all closer. Maybe could be slightly more conscientious of what’s going on around the hotel.

They charged $15 for parking which is just rude. Our coffee maker didn’t work which when getting on the road at 5 am is a big deal. The plug next to the bed didn’t work. And the phone looked like it had something sprayed on it. The grounds were nice but I left feeling very unsatisfied.

Room 106: Dirty and dusty. The toilet made a high-pitched noise when flushed. The air conditioner made a noise. The clock in the room was 2 hours off. When walking through the pool area, the key card didn't open the gates, and the key card didn't open the building door. Another guest had to open the door. I told the front desk about the doors and gather, and he said they had been broken and not fixed yet. I'm curious if the fire marshall would be interested in this revelation! The front desk personnel were inexperienced. All in all, you get 2 out of 5... Also, I will stay at one of your competitors next time I come to town!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous time coming to San Luis Obispo this is the first time we were charge for parking. The front desk staff was so scripted and no personal inaction. The cleaning staff was very good and helpful. Just very disappointed.

I was at the Courtyard San Luis Obispo for the Notary Academy Retreat and could not have been more pleased with the service that I received all weekend. Ryan at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Tamara at the Bistro Bar was very nice and personable. Diana at the Starbucks was incredibly sweet. I wish that I remembered more names, but truly, every staff member that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional, and all without fail asked if there was any way that they could help. The Courtyard San Luis Obispo provided an exceptionally awesome experience. Thank you!

They charge extra for parking and they didn’t even tell us that if we wanted maid service we have to ask on weekends. So we paid over 300 per night with No maid service! Not cool!!!! At least the desk person at checkout was very nice about it all

Very clean room, great location, friendly staff! Needed another parking badge due to misplacing mine and the gal at the front remembered me and gave me another no problem. Very clean, would stay again ! I unfortunately did not try the fresh bakes cookies, that was my bad :(
