聖貝納迪諾希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton San Bernardino)

The Doubletree San Bernardino was a little different than some of the others I’ve been to. I stayed here years ago prior to it becoming the doubletree. I don’t appreciate the parking (paid with no other options). However, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order, included in the cost of the room, and very delicious. I mostly appreciated the changes over the years since I’ve visited. I will probably return here again. As always, the cookies were yummy.

Has a 12 dollar over night parking that wasn’t mentioned you would think it’s free spending 160 a night. Ac didn’t really work so room was hot Floors were dirty and also bathroom. Really disappointed paying $160 for a dirty room.

America appeared to be highly arrogant and unhelpful. She carried herself as if she were the boss, though I was uncertain if she held that position or not. Throughout my interaction with her, she never smiled, and I had to ask her multiple times about breakfast before she finally acknowledged me. Even when I stood right in front of her, she failed to acknowledge my presence. Instead, she seemed entirely absorbed in running reports. Furthermore, when I reported the issue with the air conditioner directly to Ramona, she exhibited a dismissive attitude. She displayed no interest in addressing the problem and even provided the security guard with the incorrect room number, 1424. Ramona feigned concern by pretending that she would arrange for someone to investigate the issue, but she never followed through. To exacerbate matters, the Wi-Fi was also non-functional, resulting in an overall horrendous experience that paled in comparison to my previous satisfactory encounters.

We were placed in a room that already had guest in there. When we opened the door there was someone's stuff all over the room. Also, i thought parking was free. I got charged $12

I had a week’s stay at this hotel as my son was undergoing brain surgery at Loma Linda Medical Center. I felt safe at this hotel. Clean and room service excellent! Would stay here again.

我喜歡這家飯店，以前住過這裡，以後還會再來。只是自己一個人感到不安全，尤其是在晚上。很多無家可歸的人。

Smoke detector alarms was going off wee hours of the morning…. Toilet sounded like ole faithful…. Worse stay ever…
