It was a nice stay beside the freeway and running back and forth outside the door

Hard to review this hotel, we booked and paid through agooga and arrived on Saturday evening, tired and hungry after 12 hour flight and 1 hour drive, all I wanted was somewhere to go to sleep, long day!!! Arrived at reception to be told by guy at reception that they are fully booked! That's okay we said, we have a reservation, only to be told that they had no rooms!! We said it was booked and paid for!!!, still no joy!!! According to guy at reception it's quite common to be double booked!!! Didn't help us on a Saturday night when we arrived from Ireland!!!

It was so good one of best hotel at vrindavan, hospitality was so good. Every staff was so friendly and cooperative. Checking process was smoothly done by kirti Arya..Tapaswini is always on a call away to us for any help

Every staff was so good my experience was so amazing or memorable. The checking process was so smoothly done and Everyone was so co operative. A big thanks to Tapaswini he resolve all my queries just a call away. The food was awesome 👌 and overall my experience was so amazing. Definitely I will visit again.

I really wanted to come back to leave another steller review I’m a real connoisseur Of hotel in my area and if you know San Bernardino clean nice motels aren’t I this problem at this motel 6 but only the one off university in San Bernardino that’s the one I frequent and it’s just been really clean and when I stay at motel that’s really all I want WiFi pool whatever but a nice clean room to sleep in while I’m working omg that’s what they provide here since I’ve notice the new management and she her name is Dolores I believe has shown exceptional traits of cleanliness from the front house keepers and great attitudes from what it was staying at this same location 5 years ago it’s crazy how did it is I know as lot of those complaining want MGM grands standards for 70 bucks come on now but you do get expertly clean room great attitudes Ave a pool if you want it but I took pics this time but I couldn’t post them there’s no option but still very clean

After sending multiple mails reservation team didn't response. They did not provide invoice. Already informed over the call but the Hotel doesn't bother about customer issues. No need to spend so much money where hotel provide such worst service.

Highly recommended for peaceful stay! Happy with the cleanliness everywhere which made the stay comfortable, complete hotel staff has lovely gesture which definitely adds up to the comfort. Breakfast buffet is nice and the way it was served was even better. The hotel is not far away from all temples, E-rickshaws are easily accesible from the hotel.

Convenient location, well furnished and equipped rooms apart from very hospitable, courteous and warm staff services across the hotel. A little better choice of food especially at breakfast would have made it more enjoyable.
