聖安東尼奧機場/北極星購物中心萬豪萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport/North Star Mall)

It is convenient to go to the airport. The hotel Ubers to and from the airport. The staff is helpful! The breakfast is warm and fulfilling! Will stay here again!

I really loved staying at this hotel and will choose here for my next trips to San Antonio.

First of all the front desk young lady and gentleman were very nice and accommodating. But especially Maria who worked the breakfast was awesome. She went out of her way to please the guest that were there and was Very friendly and nice!! About the hotel…the location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do but the hotel is on the older side and definitely needs attention. The rooms are small and the rooms that have king size bed don’t have a sofa bed in it the only rooms with sofa bed have 1 queen bed in it. The bathroom had many loose tiles on the floor and you could see where lots of the grout was gone. Our room had no iron, ironing board or blow dryer which should be in each room. The room smelled very musky/humid that made it uncomfortably so I had to spray some air freshener to help. Unfortunately we won’t be staying at this hotel again but I do want to acknowledge the people working there for their great customer service.

I was shocked at the lower quality of this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Only one elevator for five floors PLUS elevators had to be shared with hotel cleaning staff, which made for some long wait times. 2. The common areas could have been much cleaner. 3. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. Everything seemed old and worn.

El lugar sucio, viejo, descuidado, me cobraron doble una habitación y es hora que no puedo recuperar el reembolso, una noche sonó la alarma y nunca supimos porqué, estuvimos mas de 20 minutos afuera todos los huéspedes porque no sabían como apagarla, un desastre.

Con mi familia nos hospedamos 2 noches en el Hotel, y todo muy bien. Tiene un amplio estacionamiento. Nos registramos sin problema alguno, la señorita que nos atendió nos explicó que era decisión de nosotros si queríamos que el cuarto se limpiara todos los días o solo los días que necesitaramos, así como reutilizar las toallas en las habitaciones o que se cambiaran a diario. El desayuno incluído estuvo muy bien, variado y en todo momento se resurtía. Tiene alberca techada, no la usamos pero se ve que está muy bien. La ubicación está excelente, estás en un punto de acceso a cualquier parte, además tienes el Mall del Norte muy cerca, digo ya está viejo pero encientras muy buenas tiendas y ofertas. Saliendo del Hotel hay un par de restaurantes que los recomiendo mucho, uno de mariscos y otro de carnes. Un par de RECOMENDACIONES para el Hotel: 1. En cuartos para 4 personas, tener cuando menos 8 almohadas y 4 toallas. Sé que se pueden solicitar en recepción, pero normalmente uno llega al Hotel cansado y lo unico que quiere es descanzar. 2. Árboles o sombrillas o toldos en el estacionamiento, en esta temporada el calor es intenso en SAT, y los autos bajo el solo se convierten en un horno.

Muy agradable el hotel con super ubicación, solo ciertos dias el agua no salia muy caliente pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente

Excelente hotel ubicado aún costado del North Star Mall, cuenta con desayuno en cortesía, se encuentra a 10 minutos del Aeropuerto, la alberca es techada, cuentan con room service de restaurantes externos

The hotel and room were more than satisfactory. However the internet was unacceptable. The router seemed to always turn off and have to be manually turned on. Once I had to have a tech / engineer come up to get it going for me. In the end, I gave up. NOT acceptable.
