Beautiful boutique hotel with convenient parking in a great location in downtown.

This hotel is very, very nice. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we got terrible sleep here because of the very loud party scene that goes on outside of the hotel. It was SO loud and it went on until about 4 am. I would not recommend staying at this location on a Friday or Saturday night if you want to get any sleep.

Price stayed as including breakfast. Actually included $15 voucher for next door restaurant for breakfast where coffee and OJ alone cost $14. Rooms extremely small but OK in old building but extremely noisy air con and noise from other rooms far exceeded experiences in other older buildings meaning very little sleep. Staff efficient but somewhat jaded. Will not use again.

Staff only offered minimal information and only responded to specific questions. If you did not ask the exact right question, you would not get the information. Unloading and parking was a hassle - there was no easy parking access for baggage drop off. The restaurant connected to the hotel - Toco Small Plate restaurant could not prepare a salad in an hour and several people did not get their food. There were leaves and debris on the lobby floor. TV in room was not connected to internet.

location was good= towels, tv and bed were also good Nothing else was to my liking and i would NEVER stay at the Peery again Sorry its too old and i do not like the room i was it - it was well below my standards

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are small and the beds are ridiculously uncomfortable! Really awful!

The staff were all SUPERB. I appreciated their willingness to help and general kindness. This hotel is quaint. It is small but nicely updated. The rooms a VERY small. It would be comfortable for 1 and 2 people but anything past that would be difficult. The biggest issue I had was the water pressure in the shower. It was extremely weak and the heat of the water was average at best.
