Stayed overnight at this property enroute to Bengaluru from Kodaikanal. The location is good with more than adequate car parking for a small Textile town like Salem. The room was clean and comfortable with good house keeping but the corridors were not clean with dirty wall to wall carpeting. The Restaurant was very very poor in service however the food quality was ok. The front office was proficient for quick check in. Over all a average experience but a option one can explore in a small town.

Lunch buffet no spread. No place to sit and eat. People were standing and eating where the dishes were kept!!!!!!. The trainee gives me a knife by wiping it on her dress!!!!!!. Room good, parking available, housekeeping friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience with hotel cenneys gateway Salem, staffs are go friendly and supportive, room are enough space well maintained and neat, restaurant, food and ambience so nice. I'll suggest this to u all.

Stayed here one day. The check-in was super quick and seamless. Rooms were reasonably spacious, clean. The bathroom is very clean with latest fittings. The room service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of south Indian verities and bread, cornflakes etc., Their service in the restaurant was very quick. Very near to the 5 road junction and hence easy to travel to different parts of the city. Overall, a good stay.
