Check-in price was higher than what I booked through *******. They would not honor my reservation for 3 nights at the ******* rate. I had to pay the higher price. No other hotels in the area so I was stuck. Assistant manager would not do anything about the matter. Terrible experience with hotel and *******.

Nicely renovated and well-kept property. Pretty quiet overall. This was important to me as I was attending a family funeral. This property was perfect for my stay in St. Thomas. One thing I didn't like was the lack of the lack of a safe in the room.

Well maintained property. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Reasonable rates and fairly conveniently located. Sightseeing and shopping are near but not within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The brakfast was better than most. My only complaint was that the hotel information did not explin in advance that there was no elevator, so rooms on the 2nd floor required climbing stairs. 2nd floor rooms are cheaper but thhe stairway issue should be clearly stated. Otherwise a great stay.

It says it’s a two star hotel but the staff are attentive and friendly, the room was clean and recently updated and the breakfast was good. I’ve stayed in many places with higher stars that weren’t as nice.
