Overall great. Food was alright with very limited items, all of which seemed to have given us extreme farts. Great staff and great onsite cats

Beautiful property. The only complaint is the lack of consistency with the staff, food, ect. The staff needs to be trained, especially housekeeping and the breakfast staff. A guest shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper 5 times. And stop guarding the pool towels! You are supposed to hand them out not be security of the pool towels!

This property was beautiful and well kept, however it was not staffed properly. Long lines, long waits and the food was terrible all around at every restaurant. If you want a gorgeous easy place to get away - it is great but don't eat on the property or expect any kind of service.

This property is newly remodeled so it is in great condition. However, the Westin is on a peninsula like piece of land which might be the greatest jewel; it overlooks the Morningstar Bay to the south and Pacquereau Bay to the north with fantastic yet tranquil ocean views. Naturally, the accompanying Morningstar beach is equally pleasant and relaxing with ample water sports to select from. The property has several selections of restaurants which are proficient. The service was generally good and timely. The only downside was that checking in took a bit longer than expected but it was New Years Eve and very busy at the property.

Great location. Beautiful views from the rooms and dining areas. The hallways were dirty. The carpet was dirty when we arrived and it was never vacuumed the entire time we were there. The takeout area for breakfast and snacks was dirty and ridiculously expensive and slow.

Nice hotel, several restaurants, I’ve eaten at all of them. I believe they were all over priced, I can’t say five-star to any of the restaurants. I was served raw fish and it wasn’t sushi. And the restaurant had the nerve to charge market price for the fish. Over $40. Very very disappointing. Not just a fish the sides all of the food. The Buffet breakfast did not have many choices that was over $30 as well. and did not have a chef cooking omelettes. You have to ask your waiter to go to the back to get you an omelette or egg to order. Very disappointing. My biggest complaint was no entertainment. The resort was nice but no entertainment no music nothing that reminded me that I was on an island. If I didn’t bring my headphones, I would’ve been bored. I’m not just on vacation to look at the ocean swim and go to a pool. If I go to resort, I do like some type of entertainment.

Lovely property with a wonderful beach. Close to airport. Three hood restaurants. Easy parking.

Liked the views and pool area and food quality in the restaurants Did not like the live roosters waking me up every night outside my door nor the poor restaurant management of servers, very disorganized which led to tooo long to get food or drink

Overall it is a beautiful resort. It is clean and pleasant to walk around. Concierge was very helpful when we needed them. Restaurant options are limited and it is difficult to figure out how to get on a booking list. It was never clear to us when to expect the cleaning staff. They sometimes showed up around 11 AM, some times 5 PM and some times did not show up at all. When they did come, they did a good job but on one occasion did not replace used coffee cups and pods or tea bags. Overall I will definitely come back to this place.
