Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Hotel photos don’t do it justice. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Nice shower. Towel quality is good! Breakfast was very good- pancakes, eggs, etc. prepared on premise. Whether we came at the beginning of service or at the end, there was always plenty of food. If fruit or breads ran out, the staff cheerfully brought out more. Didn’t have a chance to try dinner or happy hour, unfortunately, but nice that it is offered. The checkin staff was always friendly and helpful. Parking was the cheapest of all the hotels we looked at. $14/day vs $25/day. And parking is on premises. It is outdoor parking, so snowy days may make for car cleaning. The hotel lobby was cavernous but I’ll take a large, comfortable room over a fancy lobby any day.

Very comfortable room. My only negative was that the food at breakfast was of very low quality. We don’t expect much from free breakfasts, and at most hotels we can usually find a couple of items to eat, but all of the food was terrible. The coffee was good however. We ended up eating out at restaurants in the area.

Our room was not clean The hard surfaces were covered in a sticky syrup like goop as well as the remote Notified front desk of dirty room said they would take care of it while we were out for the evening Got back late realized room was still pretty gross cleaner but still dirty Didn’t do a late night room change but stopped at the desk again next morning at check out mentioned our issues again manager repeatedly apologized I said I realize stuff happens the manager told us that she would comp the room I said that was unexpectedly generous she said expect to see it back I 3-5 days now day 6 and only the full room charge exists

I hope my experience was a rare one. After reading all the rave reviews, I was excited to stay at the Drury. Check in went well, got to my room and the AC stopped working. You could tell the electric panel had been removed before. Happy hour was nice - the bartender was great. Every salad at the Kitchen+Bar was “out of stock”. Minimal selections so I ordered in. Got ready for bed and AC still wasn’t working, I pulled back the blanket and found 3 long black hairs IN the bed. I called the front desk and Tyler said “if you come down here, I will re-room you.” Okay… super inconvenient but I guess he’s trying(?) got a new room right in the middle of the elevators! I thought maybe they’d discount my stay or at least be sincere in apologies but NOTHING! The front desk that night and the lady in the morning were short and didn’t seem to care. It seemed like it’s a common issue. I will not be staying at the Drury again. Overpriced and overhyped. $200+ for subpar food, service, amenities, and restaurant. The layout was nice, open and airy. Props for the drinks and HH and breakfast buffet. I know it’s hard to find great people to work these days but, I think I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. No thanks

Quiet. Large lobby area. Free drinks & breakfast. Bathroom door in room 301 does not stay closed & shower door does not stay open. I think the building has shifted & gravity is causing this. Also the staff had a hard time keeping everything stocked in the breakfast area.

This was our first time staying at a Drury Hotel. We had heard about from some friends who raved about their stays at Drury Hotels when traveling. We were very impressed and will stay here whenever we visit St. Paul MN.

Had a very comfortable weekend stay at The Drury. The room was great, very spacious. The evening drinks and snacks were fun. The breakfast looked great (though we didn't stay for it). We would definitely go back. Reasonable price for the value.

Excellent place with great amenities - super friendly staff and lovely place. Lots of families the first night made it a tad loud, but fine the second night. Breakfast was fantastic and the food was great!

Pleasant stay. Great service. Good amenities. Easy parking. Close to Xcel. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Staff polite and positive.
