Love the room and view. Nice cabin feel you get here. Location was quite a tiring walk from the train station if you are carrying luggage, but it’s just the landscape of St Moritz in general. Near to Coop supermarket and ******.

Nice place pervaded by the lovely smell of wood. It's not a glamorous St. Moritz stay but the location is good and the staff are friendly; a solid option for those who simply want a place to sleep and bathe. Be prepared for uphill climbs if you want to walk around the neighborhood though! Only complaint was the wooden bedframe being very sensitive and creaky to any movement; still not a problem for light sleepers if you have earplugs.

This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling luggages after a long day and the high altitude of the location.

Superb customer service. The gentleman that checked us in called us, I missed the call, letting us know that check would close at 1900. We arrived at the hotel before that, last arrival, expected us and had everything ready to go at check in. We got an awesome room with a spectacular view. Good sleeping in the evening since it was cool with the windows opened. He helped immensely from that evening to the morning with services and recommendations for train options back to Zurich.

Quite positive, would return again in future. Good location, and our room was very nice. I was not informed ahead of time that parking was 47chf per night, which was a bit unfortunate...

Nice decent affordable place in st Moritz. Bathroom facilities are small & lacking, low toilet flow. Not much facilities but just a place to stay so we opt to stay here to dump our bags and utilize other nice hotels to dine, lunch tea service since we’re here only for the night. Very Very small place if you come here with tons of luggage. It’s clean.

Comfortable and clean hotel conveniently located in the center of St. Moritz. We had a spacious room overlooking the lake with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is far from the train station - not 5 mins as advertised. It is located up a slope and the route from a train station is tedious if you are pulling luggages. Backpacks will be easier but the upslope is still tiring. Breakfast has limited choices. We did not experience exceptional hospitality as others in the reviews mentioned.
