Nice little place right in the heart of downtown St. John's. Walking distance to George Street, Duckworth Street, and Water Street. Two parking spots in the back.

Bedding was substandard....sink had no plug, sofa plastic was peeling, a/c not working, continental breakfast was below par.

Great location in downtown St. John's near restaurants, Water and George street, shops, & harbor and easy parking. Small room and although stated office open, did not see anyone.

Stairs a problem carrying suitcases but we were advised no elevator. Did not see staff. Breakfast items set out however fruit supply limited, 2 wrinkled apples until last day then an abundance of apples. No sink in eating area so where do you pour leftover coffee? Room Comfortable and fairly quiet area. Close to walking to wharf and eating areas.
