Booked the premier king room for bit over $250 and was nothing special will not be doing it again. And then have to pay extra for parking

Overall it was a great stay but the room we stayed in had carpet tears and the next door parking parkade was confusing as it was under construction.
Either than that the lobby and bar area was clean, tidy and had lots to offer. The lobby staff and service was friendly and inviting.
We will be staying again in the future.

Right at the time of check-in, I did not feel welcomed. I felt like I was putting the front desk staff out as they may have had something better to do. There was no one offering us any guidance or support around navigating the access to parking or the layout of the hotel. It was super disappointing to feel so unwelcome. The good news was that it was 3 minutes from George Street but that won't be enough for me to book at stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient location downtown; parking was a bit confusing for a friend. Great staff who were able to accommodate me and my friend during Hurricane Lee 🙂

we had to wait an hour for check in because no rooms were ready and carpet was FULL of stains. Not impressed at all.

All was great, exactly what i would expect from a hotel. Did not agree when the "incidentals" hold on credit card was supposed to be close to the same charge for the room. I refused the hold. Theres nothing in the room except some cheap coffee lol.

The location for this hotel is perfect. You can enjoy the beauty of St John downtown in just a few min walk. Will definitely go back.
