Excellent stay.

I enjoyed my stay here, quiet and clean hotel. Comfortable beds. The only thing I wish is that the fan stayed on all night but it cuts in and out for heat. I prefer the ones that just constantly run.

Excellent rooms, friendly staff- close to everything downtown but nice and quiet / safe.

We had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel once again. The hotel is very nice with a wonderful, helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel is in a great location near to downtown. Parking is included which is not always the case in downtown St. John's. We stayed on the street side (it's advertised as city view but not really) this time and it was a bit noisy earlier on but quickly quieted down. We would not hesitate on returning to this hotel in the future.

I enjoyed my stay for all the reasons listed above. I would definitely stay here again when in the St John's area.

Room was great but we stayed in room 104, It was street level and by times it was very noisy.

Very friendly. Helpful staff everywhere. Dining was light but options within walking distance. Great place stayed on my own for five night felt safe. Good recommendations of staff.

Great place to stay! Situated on Duckworth St., we were close to the downtown area so could walk everywhere. Great and hospitable staff!
