However, even in this forum, Heather demonstrated a blatant disregard for compliance, refusing to cooperate with their inquiries. This behavior raises serious questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards. In summary, my advice to potential customers is to exercise caution when dealing with this accommodation service. They appear more interested in taking your money than ensuring a positive and customer-friendly experience. Despite claims in their cancellation policy, my personal encounter suggests a concerning lack of willingness to assist with moving dates, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and out of pocket.
