埃奇沃特酒店(Edgewater Inn - St. Augustine)

The man and the retired, gray haired woman at check in were lovely. The breakfast woman could be more pleasant—she seemed unhappy in her job. I liked the view, the sitting area outside and inside, and what appeared to be a new shower. The daily wine and snacks were a treat and the breakfast was okay. The room was quiet and clean except for dust on the bedside appliances and a very dirty glass (not dusty…it looked used and unwashed). I did not report these to the front desk; if I had, I feel certain they would have been fixed. I would stay here again.

Hotel has an exceptional location - right on the intracoastal waterway. great views. They have an evening Happy Hour that is delightful, and serve an excellent breakfast. Ammenities in the rooms are lovely.

The surrounding view was absolutely untouchable! Rocking chairs, a lap blanket in January, a hot coffee and watching the sun rise and set over the water is a memory you'll never forget. Did I mention the dolphins?? You will regret staying ANYWHERE ELSE.

The hotel was very nice. The staff provided a lovely homemade breakfast and nice apps and wine for happy hour. The room was clean and updated. The only complaint was the air conditioning was loud. I would definitely go back. From the hotel you can walk to the historic district and shopping without worrying about parking. Great location!

Love the location and the staff was excellent! We checked in with a gentleman and he was so darn friendly! I’m sorry I can’t remember his name! Everything was clean and comfortable! The only thing that I would say could improve would be some maintenance. There were some areas in our bathroom where the wall needed repaired and some mold. NO BUGS THOUGH! Which is a big deal for Florida! Would definitely stay here again. A little pricey but you are definitely paying for the location.

Like being on the water, the view of the city across the intracoastal, nice breakfast and happy hour, friendly staff. Coffee pot in the room didn't work and we forgot to tell the staff.

The location and the deck on the water were excellent The breakfast was very good. The staff was accommodating.

Based on ******* information, I believed I was getting a waterfront room, not a street front room. The tv was not working, turns out the box had been unplugged. Both lamps were unplugged and I had to move furniture to plug them in, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the shower was too small and leaked onto the floor, there were windows on both sides of the room and the blinds let in light all night, it was like daytime in the room. I could not sleep at all. The man who was working the desk Friday night and the woman at the desk Saturday morning were both very pleasant and went out of their way to help.
