Travelodge by Wyndham Suites St Augustine

Él personal fue amable, las instalaciones no me gustaron para nada, el cuarto tenia un olor a humedad y las toallas estaban como sucias.

We love this place. It is our second year staying here during a visit to St. Augustine. It is like a shadow of the busy downtown tourist district with very fine restaurants, light traffic and great parking, yet not far from the historic area. The hotel is similarly quiet and not crowded. It lacks a botique style and has a lived-in feel, but is quite comfortable. We got a two bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. Management is on-site and exceptionally responsive.

I have never been made to leave a property at after 10pm at night to go retrieve a $100 cash deposit. I have had a hold put on my card for even up to $200 upon checking in and then returned after checking out, not ever a cash deposit. I did because my son and i were tired. Upon arriving back, a gentlemen walked in ahead of me but did not fall under the same guide lines as i did with the cash deposit. When i brought it to the people's attention behind the counter, i was then called a racist (just based off of the question as if he were getting charged a CASH deposit or not like myself) and forced to leave the property. I was tired, my son was tired and we were treated very unfairly. It seems to be a going thing with all things Wyndham these days. As a LOCAL and from my understanding, that's why they wanted my CASH. Then i will make sure everyone LOCAL knows about that as well as all of the LOCAL'S family that comes down here. Been in this town for almost 20yrs. What a shame for this property.

Its a place to sleep.. dont expect anything outrageous.. bed was..... a bed... bathroom was outdated but usable.. for what we wanted, it worked out but it was not anything more then 2star

Very friendly and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and super nice people in the office. Absolutely recommend you stay here while visiting St.Augustine!

We rented the cottage. The porch faced a wall, it smelled bad and it felt creepy. For just a crumby place to flop, it was way overpriced, and misrepresented. Go elsewhere !

Pictures show on web site are not matching our rooms, interior is old, furniture and beds are old, uncomfortable, and something I would not recommend for family stay. Also " walk in distance" to downtown is not truth , in less you are supper walker. This is my 3rd visit to St. Augustine there is better places Edin Sarasota

Nice people but very concerned about returning our keys to office upon checkout. I was told to turn off the lights and air conditioner when we leave the room; hey, this is Florida. I want my room cool when I return. TV is placed way too low - stacked some dresser drawers to raise it to a viewable level. Hard bed, hard pillows. WiFi absolutely stunk. I'm a smoker and I don't smoke in my house so I'm ok with smoking outside - but the ashtrays were glued to the tables outside! Seemed tacky. This property is called "Travelodge by Wyndham Suites." The only place I saw the name "Wyndham" was on the foam cups at the little coffee machine in the room. The Wyndham name raised my expectations a little but no. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but I won't be back! Oh, and the little refrigerator leaked all over the floor.
