美洲最佳價值海洋酒店(Americas Best Value Inn Ocean Inn)

Wasn’t the absolute worst, but it definitely wasn’t the best. The location was great. Room was clean, but there were water damage stains on the roof. Sheets had stains. People walking by our door hanging around it outside all night long. It was fine for just one night. Sorry to say, but we will not be back.

The hotel was in a good area. The room was not clean, the floors had dirt on them. We found pet hairs also in the room. I usually like the Americas best but I think they need better cleaners!!

I gave this hotel a great rating because of value for the money. It is SO convenient to old St. Augustine, and yet is almost right on the best beach in the entire area. It's under a 10 minute walk , but it's better to drive because you can park on the beach. The Oasis restaurant across the street is quite good also.

Hotel was clean. Needs updating. Not bad for a no frills hotel. The continental breakfast was nothing to brag about.

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were excellent. Very clean, We will be back.

This hotel is dated although you can tell they are trying to make it better. We had no cable tv it was just like watching the old antenna tv. We had to walk to the office to talk to the man at the desk about the tv because the phone in the room didn’t work. His response was to wait until housekeeping came in the next morning for it to be fixed. Regardless we never saw housekeeping. I will definitely look for another place to stay the next time I’m in the St. Augustine area.
