Por una emergencia familiar tuvimos que cancelar y solo estuvimos una noche pues hicimos check out antes de las12:00md. Sabíamos que habría cargo por cancelación pero el cargo fue mayor a otra noche, es injusto. Jamás utilizaré ******* y mucho menos ese hotel que más bien es motel. Gracias

L'employée n'était pas cordiale, souriante ni accueillante à notre arrivée. Par contre, le lendemain matin, c'était le contraire avec l'employé qui était à la réception.

Hotel semplice ma pulito. Uno dei pochi hotel nel nostro lungo viaggio dove le camere non odoravano di muffa. Personale gentile. La piscina è la vasca idromassaggio semplici ma carine. Colazione un po’ scarsa.

We stayed 2 nights here. It was super from the time we checked in until we left. The staff was so very nice, our room was spotless. The hot tub was relaxing, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was constantly cleaning! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Smart Stay The property has old style exterior door access buildings that have been colorfully updated. Outdoor pool and area looked inviting. The room also has been updated with wood flooring and carpet under the beds. Reception was friendly and cooperative. Cleanliness es rated high on ******* - We noticed a large stain on the sheet that we were about to cover ourselves with and moved to the other bed. There black stains on the bath door frame and slight ones on the shower curtain and wall near shower head. The hardwood floor was sticky on bare feet - made we cringe. The white towels were soft, but my wife said they were dingy white. We won’t return. Perhaps a $100/night cost is not a welcoming sign, but a warning one?
