聖奧古斯丁歷史區希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District)

Great location for exploring St Augustine. Trolly station right across the street to get everywhere in the historic town. Unusual housekeeping regulations. Small sticker on mirror in room, but nobody makes you aware of the fact that you need to schedule 24hours in advance the making of beds and towel replacement. Impossible to do, as we arrived late at night, so the next day there was no housekeeping. Nevertheless, front desk send some towels to our rooms. No other concerns whatsoever. Great stay. Would definitely come back or recommend to others.

Nice, mostly friendly staff, very poor food from the bar, mostly responsive. Rooms were ok. Exterior is pretty. Its best feature is its location - central to the historic district and an easy walk to both the downtown area, great sightseeing spots and lots of restaurants. Once I got used to it, I was very glad I chose that hotel!

First of all, all of the front desk staff was amazing! Having a bar on property was also a nice perk. The property is nice enough but for the price…the smell in the lobby is disgusting. It smells like old sewage. There were nasty stains all over our room carpet. For $300 and up a night, housekeeping shouldn’t be by request and charging $25 a night for incidentals, $22 a day for parking, and charging at all for a continental breakfast is crazy. This property is not exactly in the historic district-it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. The toiletries provided are enough for one use. It was a decent hotel but not worth the price we paid in my opinion. This was our first time at a Double Tree and probably the last. Just too many “extra” charges that would be free in other places.

I had to request for my room to be clean and to get clean towels. Then they left my towels on the floor in the hallway because I wasn't in the room. I was told due to Covid. People we must live with Covid and not let it stifle us. It has made us lazy and less sympathic to the needs of others.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. There was a flood, of some sort the night before our stay and our room had a damp smell. We ask to be moved and they accommodated for the next night, they were totally booked that night. Andy and the team just fabulous!!!

Service was excellent. People at the desk were very friendly and helpful as were housekeeping and food service. My husband and I can't say enough about how warmly we were treated. Hotel was clean with all the amenities we could ask for. We will always consider Doubletree in the future.

Too expensive. Room missing some amenities. Ice machine out of order. Charge about $23 dollars per day to park car while staying.

Great property at the heart of the historic district. Loved the option to bike to our dining and attractions.

One of the two rooms we reserved were not available after normal check-in, and after the first night, the cleaning staff left an envelope in the room asking for a tip and indicating that the staff relies on the tips. We generally leave tips and did so in this case, but the note was a turn-off.
